Comfortable apartment for 4 adults and 2 babies under 12yo, in San Gimignano countryside, in a resort/farmhouse. Here in Montegonfoli you can spend a vacation in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful attractions of the world. First floor with amazing views on San Gimignano and Chianti Hills. No aircon, but every bedroom has a large fan for the few hot nights we are getting in July/August. We usually have 15°C!

Holidays in the woods, near the sea

Comfortable two-room apartment in a villa in the woods. Near the center of Rosignano Marittimo, medieval village with castle. The rooms have a simple but complete decor, give a feeling of familiarity and warmth. The kitchen has a large French door that overlooks a patio on the ground floor where you can eat. Perfect space for a couple exploring Tuscany or who want to relax by the sea. The beaches are 10' by car, to the south those of Vada, to the north the coves of Castiglioncello.

Casa Colle

Ground floor apartment in a family home with independent entrance & hall, spacious living area with fully fitted kitchen, double sofa bed, large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Traditional beamed & terracotta ceilings throughout. Outside there is an ancient pizza oven, private patio and private garden plus a beautiful pool 8m x 4m and further garden shared with the owners. A nice and rustic apartment composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds, bathroom, living-room with kitche. Space outside to eat on open air.Agriturismo Fontecastello is a family run accomodation, situated in the green countryside but very close to Montepulcano town that is within walking distance. Swimming pool , wifi and parking place are for free. The heating is not included and to pay according to the use. We wait for you!!!
