Goditi lo stile di questo nuovo ampio spazio in pieno centro città. Appartamento di mq. 40, ottimo sia per single che per famiglia fino a 4 persone. 2 piano di un edificio di design e pregio. Posto auto interno. La zona è quella signorile del centro, ottimamente servita. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la splendida Terrazza Mascagni ed il bel lungo mare, è molto vicina anche la zona portuale e l'affascinante quartiere Venezia dove si trovano i pub, ristoranti e locali della nostra movida.

Ground floor apartment in a family home with independent entrance & hall, spacious living area with fully fitted kitchen, double sofa bed, large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Traditional beamed & terracotta ceilings throughout. Outside there is an ancient pizza oven, private patio and private garden plus a beautiful pool 8m x 4m and further garden shared with the owners.
