This historic apartment is in the heart of Florence near Piazza Sant'Ambrogio, the Synagogue, a 10 min walk to the Duomo, Santa Croce and museums but in a classic quiet neighborhood filled with restaurants and a famous open market. The apartment has been remodeled protecting its 15th century stone wall, cotto floors and frescoed master bedroom ceiling with full modern kitchen. Antique art and furniture adorn it. We also have apartments in Portovenere.

La zona è super accessibile e centrale ma lontana da locali notturni rumorosi e caos cittadino, parcheggio gratuito a 200 metri, possibilità di arrivare in macchina davanti alla casa, vicinissimo, anche a piedi, alla stazione ferroviaria principale della città. Scoprite tutti confort che abbiamo ideato per i nostri ospiti.

The Castellaccio of Figline

L'alloggio si trova al PRIMO PIANO di una villa immersa nel verde denominata “Il Castellaccio”, che deve il suo nome alla vicinanza con le rovine del vecchio castello appartenuto alla famiglia degli Uberti. La casa gode di una magnifica vista sulla campagna circostante ed è ideale per una vacanza rilassante per famiglie o gruppi di amici, con la possibilità di visitare città d’arte e godere degli splendidi paesaggi del Chianti, nonché delle specialità enogastronomiche della zona.

Il mio alloggio, completamente e finemente ristrutturato, è vicino a Stazione S.M.N., Garage Europa, Porta a Prato, Ponte Vecchio, etc... . Ti piacerà per i comfort al suo interno e per la sua posizione strategica in pieno centro. Posizionato in una zona piena di ogni servizio, sotto casa si può trovare tutti gli sharing cars, bar, ristoranti, e tutto ciò che è necessario. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.
