The house is located on the hillsides offering the best view in the area . Panoramic view of the Loire Valley... close to the village ( 10 min ) .220 m2 of space .. huge terrace , south facing expo,sunbeds, comfort .. .. piano .. accommodation for two to 8 people .. tennis court (medium state) just to hit the ball .. access to a wood in the garden , well-equipped kitchen, barbecue , pets allowed , offers good restaurants in the village , canoe kayak , guinguette...

Charming house on the banks of the Loire with a view

In the heart of the picturesque fishing port of La Patache ( under classification), nice typical house with extraordinary views of the Loire and a remarkably preserved nature. Numerous activities besides relaxation on the terrace, walks on the banks of the Loire, beaches a few meters, canoeing, cycling, golf. Parental suite with views of the Loire, even from the bed! chalet on the water close to all amenities(train station, shops, public transport, convention city, castle...) You will be in a cocoon in the city center. Life on the water is governed by a few small ecological rules and some hazards depending on the season.(Water cut by negative temperature, a toilet block is at your disposal.) Very quiet place for a full city center. Looking forward to welcoming you.
