You are in the right place for a stay in the countryside while being at the gates of our Atlantic coast 20 minutes, the city center of NANTES 20 minutes . The bike path passes in front of our property you benefit from access to the park, free parking on site, independent entrance to the 40 m2 accommodation everything is new . Furnished and equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, oven, breakfast kit), rattan living room TV. Walk-in shower, mirror bathroom furniture, toilet . Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden

Beautiful house/loft with jacuzzi.

Ideally located in a quiet location and all shops and transport at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes drive from the airport and the train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc) by transport (free on weekends!!!). You will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and laziness) as well as the jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for light travel. Come on!!!

Villamélie - Beautiful cozy villa 4 ch pool or spa

My large house of 200 m2 in a garden of 3000 m2 with heated swimming pool half-buried (from June to September) and spa (from October to May) will offer you a moment of tranquility while being at the gates of Nantes. Recently renovated, it is comfortable for 8 people. I also rent 2 independent studios attached to my house. The entrance through the gate is the same but the car parks are independent and there is no visual and noise nuisance. Private pool and hot tub for the house.

Enjoy a tranquil stay in our 4 bedroom spacious gite, ideal for gathering family and friends which can sleep up to 11 people (including children). Enjoy our heated outdoor seasonal pool (shared with other clients), play pétanque or ping pong or simply relax with a good book. This gite has a ground floor bedroom with shower room that is suitably adapted for people with mobility restrictions. No pets. Also on site are 3 other properties. Very beautiful and large house, fully at your disposal, with two gardens and private lane with parking. Very large living room and dining room, 11 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms... all freshly renovated and decorated. Sleeps: 31 Everything is 5 minutes from the center via the famous JOFFRE street. Spacious family home on the outskirts of Nantes

Linens and towels included now. Cleaning included as well. Write to me for your stays outside of we and / or longer than two days, I can make discounted prices. Very spacious family home in a 5000m2 wooded park at the gates of Nantes. Renovated in 2020, it's comfortable, convenient, and warm. It is 5 minutes from all the amenities of the chapel on erdre. Groups have always enjoyed meeting up with family, friends, or for work.
