Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

!!! PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED!!! Small independent duplex cottage, in a very quiet natural wooded environment, just 2 minutes from the Nantes ring road. Easy parking on site (even for large vehicles). We live in the terraced house on the right but respect your independence and tranquility. The garden is shared and very large, part of the furnished terrace is entirely dedicated to you. Forest walks possible on foot, in the immediate vicinity!
