Lovely quiet 2 Bedroom 1930's Bungalow in the heart of Napier. Only a short walk to Marine Parade and Napier City. Perfect for a couple or two couples with two double bedrooms. Great garden to enjoy Hawke's Bay's summer and a glass of wine in the warm evenings. All linen and towels are provided which can be serviced depending on length of stay. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook at home, or you are only minutes away from the many restaurants, cafes and bars Napier has to offer. If you're looking for a place to call home whilst in Hawke's Bay this is the place to come! Notes: The bathroom configuration is: one has a toilet/shower/basin the other has a bath/basin. Comfortable, homely beach bach overlooking the ocean. The space has two bedrooms and open plan living area and kitchen. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES. Duvets, blankets, pillows and towels provided. The undercover deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.
