The Storage Shed Ahuriri

The Storage Shed started its life in 1875 as part of Denholms general store, and is arguably one of the oldest buildings in the area. It is now a beautiful studio room decorated with up cycled retro furniture to create a bright happy creative space. The open ceiling with its rafters, ply walls, huge doors and windows create a light modern loft style space. Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).
