Grändhuset by the sea

Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Fresh and bright villa located in a small cosy old fishing village out on the coast with walking distance to the beach and with proximity to the big city and the continent. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, open plan with large living room with dining area for 10 people, fireplace, TV and sofa group. Bedroom 1 with a double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, hall/living room upstairs with a sofa bed and an extra bed Walking distance to beach, fishing harbor and nice nature. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture available.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.

Nice small cottage/guest house of 25 sqm with its own patio and parking. Since it is open up in the large room, it gives a spacious feeling. As taken from a dream, this holiday villa is like a gem on the sandy beach. Free sea views both from the terrace and living room. A patio allows you to enjoy the breeze while you and your barbecues with a magical sky as a fund. Spend the days sunbathing on the terrace while the kids jumping trampoline, exploring the surroundings or swimming. House in Beddingestrand (Beddinge läge) located on a very quiet and private spot appr 25 meters from a beatiful and secluded beach with sandbanks. The house has three bedrooms. Two normal and one very small suitable for one person or two kids. Extra bed for infants. Stunning view over the ocean from both floors. Big garden. Nice walking paths just around the corner. Walking/cycling distance to restaurants, large bathing jetty, golf club and Smygehuk, the most southern point in Sweden (west).

Gamla Tullmästarvillan i Smygehamn. Ett stort hus på 170 kvm med fantastisk panoramautsikt över Smygehuk och småbåtshamnen. Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

Närheten till Trelleborgs hamn gör boendet populärt för resande till-och ifrån kontinenten. Egen parkering finns. Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.
