Pittoresk Skånelenga west of Ystad

Renovated meadow of 90 m2 from the 19th century. The house was built on 10 years ago and is today a completely separate part of a larger residence. It has a private entrance and patio/small garden bordered by wall, and therefore appears as a completely unashamed dwelling. Private parking lot. Lovely countryside location along a gravel road with farms and fields around. Perfect for a small family with young children or a couple who wants a quiet place. Almost car-free. 5 km to white beaches and 20 min to Ystad.

The unique character of the house invites to cosy moments in front of the fire, or relax with a good book in the window nook. The surroundings invite long walks on the sandy beach or in the sandy forest. For golf lovers, Sweden's southernmost golf course is just a stone's throw away. With restaurants, ice cream kiosks, art gallery and farm sale, there is always something new to explore in the area.

Renovated house in wonderful Beddingestrand/Skateholm

The house is the 16-2023. New floor. New kitchen. New beds, furniture. New windows, door and add-on insulated fall 23 Yale doorman The terrace runs along the entire back of the house. The gas grill, bought in 2022. If you want to use it, you buy gas yourself. Lounge furniture and big dinner table. Fibre installed. 2022 washer/dryer Double bed, 2 single beds. Towels, bed set and beach towels are rented for 200 SEK/set. for more than 4 people: SEK 500/night per person. Charging post electric car

Big sea house on the southernmost point of Sweden

Gamla Tullmästarvillan i Smygehamn. Ett stort hus på 170 kvm med fantastisk panoramautsikt över Smygehuk och småbåtshamnen. Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

Cosy Designer Seaside Home

Welcome to our magical wooden beachhouse in Beddingestrand, set in a secluded wildflower garden 200m from nature reserve and the sea. As soon as you step into the garden all stress melts away. Beddinge is a place to take it easy and live a simple life. Read your book, sketch, think, write, cook good food, go for walks along the beach, take a swim, go for bike rides. The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.

Fisherman's house at the beach

It only takes a minute to relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Right on the beach, old charm but with modern facilities. If you want city life, it is only 3 km to the center of Trelleborg and 30 km away from Malmö. The house has facilities as a modern bathroom and a washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and you will get bed linen and towels for your stay. From Trelleborg you can take the train to Copenhagen and the ferry to Germany and Poland.

Amazing hiking opportunities along the sea and the coast or inland in beautiful Scanian countryside. Bicycles are available for lending. Several very good and nice restaurants are within bicycle distance. Good breakfast is possible and ordered upon arrival.
