Experience the best archipelago idyll on Tjörn has to offer in this cozy house with close access to the sea, forest and experiences! The house has three small bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, wood-fired fireplace and two terraces. The nearest swimming area in the middle of the archipelago you will find a 5-minute walk away, the nearest grocery store/shopping about 15 minutes away by car and about 50 minutes by car to Gothenburg!

As well as patio with barbecue. 800 m to sea bathing with jumping towers, beach and cliffs. 400 meters to the port and about 800 meters to the petrol station with ICA Near. 50 meters to bus stop, line 335 towards Stenungsund. Electric car charging and rental of kayaks are offered for an additional fee on request. Parking possible for up to 4 cars.

Här har gränsen mellan inne och ute suddats ut. En stor terass under tak omgärdar hela huset, dörrar från alla rum ger direkt tillgång till grönskan utanför. Huset har alla bekvämligheter inklusive bastu och öppen spis och ligger i ett barnvänligt område med lekplats och fina promenadstigar. Gångavstånd till både klippbad och barnvänlig strand med bryggor, Pilane skulpturpark, Häröns naturreservat och en kort bilresa till Skärhamn med ett stort utbud av restauranger, butiker och Akvarellmuseet.

Ett lantligt hus med fantstisk natur! Välkommen till vårat Torp, här kan du bo lite avskilt och privat och njuta av fågelsång med havet som granne. Ta en kort promenad genom skogen till våran brygga för lite fika eller nått svalkande att dricka, varför inte låna cyklarna för att ta ett dopp i havet? Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Villa Hällene: Architektenhaus in schöner Lage

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Peaceful living by the sea

Med havet i blickfånget ligger gästhuset som byggdes 2021 på en del av vår tomt. Det finns sovplatser för fyra personer, två i sovrum med dubbelsäng och två på loftet i enkelsängar. Till gästhuset hör en egen vindskyddad uteplats. Här har alla årstider sin tjusning. Det är 200 m till klippor med badstege. En dryg km bort finns kommunal badplats med bryggor. Det finns goda möjligheter till promenader/vandringar och utflykter på Tjörn. Härön skyddar mot vindarna från det öppna havet i väster.

Cozy and thoughtful semi-detached house in Mollösund/Tången

Vårt parhus i Mollösund Tången är ett semesterboende med det lilla extra. Huset är modernt och välutrustat med allt som behövs för en trivsam semester i hjärtat av Bohuslän. Huset är dimensionerat för att 6 personer ska kunna bo bekvämt men det går att få plats med ytterligare 2-3 personer vid behov. I priset ingår tillgång till vår sjöbod och Tångens privata badplatser. A newly renovated house of 180 m2 in Kyrkesund with panoramic sea view. 11 beds, indoor pool and sauna. The house is top notch and is located 100 meters from the sea. Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.

Entire home in beautiful Kyrkesund (Tjörn/Bohuslän)

Welcome to one of the West Coast's most beautiful gems. The house is centrally located with sea views in the picturesque fishing community, only 40 meters from the steamboat dock with ferry connection to Härön and 5 min walk to the nearest beach beach. On Härön is the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal band. Padel tracks are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 min by car).
