Villa Hällene: Architektenhaus in schöner Lage

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Peaceful living by the sea

Med havet i blickfånget ligger gästhuset som byggdes 2021 på en del av vår tomt. Det finns sovplatser för fyra personer, två i sovrum med dubbelsäng och två på loftet i enkelsängar. Till gästhuset hör en egen vindskyddad uteplats. Här har alla årstider sin tjusning. Det är 200 m till klippor med badstege. En dryg km bort finns kommunal badplats med bryggor. Det finns goda möjligheter till promenader/vandringar och utflykter på Tjörn. Härön skyddar mot vindarna från det öppna havet i väster.

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Enjoy the silence of this cozy newly renovated cottage in a scenic area with both sea and forest nearby. The cottage has one bedroom with 2 beds, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 1-2 people and TV with the most common TV channels. Spectacular seaside view location at Tjorn, Sweden

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
