Nice open floor plan house with plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining room table. There are 2 full-size refrigerators and long counters for chopping and cooking. The driveway is gravel and the yard is large, but not finished (mostly wild grass growing). The location is great; it's a 10 minute drive/Uber to downtown, The Y, and Heavenly Resort. Great Tahoe City location: Walk to Tahoe City, Commons Beach, or hike Page Meadows. This house is VERY kid friendly! It's an easy walk or quick bike ride to Granlibakken Resort, Tahoe House, The Bridgetender, River Grill, and Dam Cafe; or continue on to Tahoe City.
