Large private suite with private entrance. Unit includes a large private bathroom and kitchenette which includes a sink, toaster oven, hotplate,coffee maker,and fridge. (Coffee is provided) Ideal for the weekend warrior who wants a comfortable, private place to sleep. Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. We are as close as one can get to Kirkwood and still be in South Tahoe. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.

Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Sierra Studio ( permit# HRP-094 )

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Stateline- 6.6 Miles Heavenly- 5.5 Miles El Dorado Beach- 5.7 Miles Sierra at Tahoe- 12.7 Miles You have your own apartment with your own garage parking space, but having the hosts next door means if you have any questions we're right there! We've got a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a nice walk to the river if you're so inclined.

Just a 7 minute walk from Heavenly Stagecoach, 10 minute walk to Tahoe Rim Trail, and 8 minute drive to the Lake & Downtown.
