Outside you have access to bikes, a BBQ, fire pit, 3-person hot tub, hammock, bistro table and new dining area w/umbrella outside and a garden. All close to transit & 10 mins from downtown!

Private Hill Top Home w/ Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, 4-Bedroom

Timberland Glade is a 1400 sq ft home and has been completely remodeled. The open floor plan will allow all of the guests to connect while playing shuffleboard, board games, cooking meals or just relaxing while taking in the views. Your Electric Car can charge in garage. Note: Home has a very steep driveway. In the winter, you will need 4x4 or all-wheel drive to get to the top in snow or ice. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway with about 100 yard trek from the bottom to the top.

There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
