The studio is located in the idyllic municipality of Faistenau surrounded by fantastic lakes - Fuschlsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Hintersee in the beautiful Salzkammergut only 25 minutes from Salzburg. Mountain tours, beach holidays, recreational holidays in paradisiacal surroundings with lots of peace. In winter, it is known as a paradise for cross-country skiers and ski tourers and scores with proximity to Hallstatt or Bad Ischl. Tranquil cabin in walking distance from the town's main equestrian facility "Almtalter Reit- und Fahrverein" (~500m), the Town center (~800m) and the river Alm (~1km). - Free Parking - 11kW EV charging at request - Sleeping accomodations: one coil spring sleeper sofa, a mattress room with a double and a single mattress. - NO open fire, grilling & cooking (except microwave) - NO indoor smoking Due to restrictions placed by our insurance we cannot accept any guest under the age of 18 years old.

Relax and relax – at this quiet, quaint home on the outskirts of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forest, rivers, and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from dishwasher to gas grill to blender, 2xTV. With sauna, garden, terrace.... It is a 3-minute drive to the reservoir. The river Steyrling flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel benches and the possibility to refresh yourself. (200m from the house). Gasthaus, Bongos pizza and village shop 5 min walking.

Discover one of our brand new 53 meters tiny houses with spacious terrace and private garden. Our houses are located in a sunny and quiet location at the foot of the Gmundnerberg. Hiking trails start right outside the front door and it is a short walk to the lake. Skiing is just a few minutes by car.
