Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2024, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card from me free of charge.

Fantastic holiday home

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Only 4 km from the center of Schladming is our partly renovated and newly furnished, spacious apartment in the Haus Waldeck at an altitude of 960 meters with the best view in the surrounding valleys! Centrally located to the ski area Planai / Hochwurzen you can start with the ski bus 8 times daily free of charge (30m) in front of the house in only 4 minutes to start the winter pleasures!
