This newly built accommodation offers all the comforts that you could ask for. The villa is completely enclosed with wired fencing and is surrounded by a gorgeous garden, making it a perfect destination for guests who wish to bring their pets along on vacation. The heated pool is exclusively reserved for our guests.

Our borgetto is in a secluded, rural and peaceful part of Le Marche, off the beaten track, with stunning views of the Sibillini Mountains. There are four houses in our borgetto, each with its own access, terrace and garden spaces with use of the swimming pool and pizza oven. This is place to relax and unwind, in a delightfully peaceful setting, but with easy access to wonderful restaurants, shops and bars. Ideal for a couple who want a quiet, country retreat and enjoy great local food and wine.

Casale San Martino Agriturismo Bio (entire house)

Located in the heart of the Marche hills with the frame of the Sibillini Mountains, "Casale San Martino Agriturismo Bio" is a corner of serenity, surrounded by its own land cultivated organically. The farmhouse is a strategic point 20 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains and 40 from the sea. Guests have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse, equipped with a terrace with a breathtaking view, a shaded veranda and a large garden. The farmhouse was rebuilt according to anti-seismic regulations.

House - Il Gioiello - with Jacuzzi and Sauna

The house, immersed in the historic center of the City of Amandola, totally renovated and furnished, has: 2 cozy rooms, a bathroom with sauna and Hamman bali jacuzzi with Turkish bathroom, a sofa bed in front of the fireplace (not usable), a large living room with kitchen and relaxation area, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sibillini Mountains. "Il Gioiello" has a large kitchen furnished and equipped with ventilated oven, microwave, dishwasher and American refrigerator.

The space will be at your complete disposal We have Home Theatre with HiFi system. Possibility to use the wood-burning oven by arrangement.
