It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture. Please read the details carefully before you book. It’s remote both in location and from modern life. You have space, fresh air, and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. There's no TV or wifi, a woodburner, and massive views behind the cottage of the Barmouth Estuary.

A 5 minute walk up the high street and you can hop into the Llanfair light steam railway, it is also where the A450 starts, which offers easy access to the welsh coast like Aberdovey (just over 1Hour drive away) driving through parts of Snowdonia mountains

Relax in your own garden . We ask our guests to be mindful of our family farm with young children and no parties after 10pm to maintain the peace and tranquilly of our valley. There are electric car charging points 9 & 13 miles drive from the farm, no charging from the lodge to the car is permitted.

The stunning Aberdyfi beach is only 29 miles away from Bryn Du. Snowdon 34 miles, and Europes longest zip line 38 miles from the cottage.
