Spacious self-contained room. Spectacular setting!

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! A self-contained river-facing apartment 50m from the centre of Llangollen. There is direct access out onto the promenade and thence to all the pubs, restaurants and cultural delights of the town. Llangollen appeals particularly to adventurous types (kayaking, climbing, walking, cycling etc.) but there are things to do for everyone no matter how energetic (or not) people feel. Above the apartment is the private house of the owners who are only too happy to help if you need them for any reason.

Self contained, Close to beaches, Stunning views

Just 5 mins from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches, this gorgeous self-contained room features a modern en-suite, private entrance, TV, and small dressing room. Although no kitchen, a breakfast buffet is provided with toaster, fridge & kettle. There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. Please note this is not suitable for infants or pets.
