Appartamento estivo molto panoramico, affacciato direttamente sul mare domina tutta la costa romagnola da Ravenna ad Ancona. Molto spazioso, luminoso, due camere e un bel soggiorno affacciato sul mare, cucinotto super attrezzato, bagno, con lavatrice . 3 terrazzi abitabili uno per ogni stanza. 3°piano con ascensore, posto auto coperto in cortile, accesso diretto alla spiaggia. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!
