House close to the sea in a peaceful park

This house, completely renovated in early 2022, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Less than 100 m from the beach, the 5 ha park of the luxury residence is secure and includes a large swimming pool ( from June 15 to September 15) 2 ping pong, pétanque, volleyball, terrace with bbq. The port, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The green couée adjacent to the residence makes it possible to get to Moriani beach by bike. 2-star accommodation gite de France.

Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. Ideally located 2km from the sandy beach of Pietracorbara and not far from the hiking trails of Cape Town, this apartment is ideally located for visiting the whole of Cape Town. The accommodation is very spacious, 70 m2 interior as well as 35m2 of terrace, there is also a garden that you can enjoy at the front of the house! We also have free parking in front of the villa. Small but nice apartment 20 meters from the sea. Fine sandy beaches as far as the eye can see and are not very popular even in August. Large private parking available to guests. Our Shelter consists of a living room, with a kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Very quiet and renovated apartment 100 meters from the beach and at the entrance to Saint Florent. Saint Florent is a nice little seaside resort. You will find on the marina restaurants, ice cream parlors, creperies, sale of fresh fish on the dock of fishermen not to mention its taxi boats that provide the shuttle with the most beautiful beaches of the island of Saleccia and the Lotu. The concierge service provides all the linens maintained by the laundry.
