Apartment near the nature

Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

We would like to welcome you in our cozy and quiet apartment in the district of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the highway A4 and A72 you can quickly get to cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or to the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. On many cycling and hiking trails you can explore the area.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. The 3 room apartment is 80 sqm and is on the ground floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10m tower can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
