Beautiful 2-room apartment to feel good!

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein eingerichtet und befindet sich auf dem Sonnenberg von Chemnitz. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum (SachsenAllee), sowie einige Läden. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz. Kostenloses Parken, wenn verfügbar, ist vor dem Haus möglich. Für die Unterhaltung sorgen kleine Bars und Kneipen. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 20min zu Fuß entfernt.
