the room is very spacious, bright and airy, allowing connection to both the entire garden and the external one independent entrance and all the areas reserved for you including a beautiful solarium!!! Guests SHOULD call me for anything they need, we will be happy to answer any of their requests.... The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the center and the beaches among the most beautiful in the world. The apartment is located in a closed street inhabited by a young and dynamic neighborhood. The area offers unique spaces for relaxing walks.

Ciao! Saremo felici di ospitarvi nel nostro appartamento, al primo piano mansardato (70 mq). Troverete un accogliente living su soggiorno, due camere da letto, bagno e terrazza. Ingresso indipendente con un piano di scale esterno. Fornito di aria condizionata e pompa di calore, di lavatrice e di tutta la biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani e utensili cucina). Il quartiere è tranquillo e i parcheggi non sono a pagamento. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini (diamo culla, seggiolone, passeggino, ecc.).

Delightful apartment, comfortable and bright, with large vaulted ceilings and terrace overlooking the main square of the village. Located on the first floor of a 17th century building of great architectural and historical value, it has recently been restored. The neighbourhood is safe, clean, rich in monuments and with all the amenities within a few minutes’ walk: restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessen, supermarkets, shops, tourist office. In a great position to visit Orosei and its beaches.

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).
