Stunning view of the archipelago

Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. LA BOUGANVILLE è una deliziosa casa marina a 5 min a piedi dal mare cristallino di Chiessi, un tipico paesino ad ovest dell'Isola. Arredata con molto gusto nei toni bianco, blu e azzurro, si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondata da un grazioso giardino. Sviluppata su 2 piani, ha una splendida terrazza vista mare su Corsica e Pianosa. All'interno 2 camere, 2 bagni, ampio soggiorno con cucina- pranzo, soppalco con divano letto. All'esterno vari spazi ombreggiati, doccia e parcheggio coperto.

Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

La Pergola di Pomonte

The structure and furnishings, as much as possible, have remained the ones of the past. The interior is now vintage with reclaimed items. The house is cool but a good air conditioning system doesn't hurt! The courtyard is the place where you spend summer time while in winter we meet in front of the fireplace. Allaround there are succulents and bougainvils that hide the outdoor shower and the nearby friend's fig tree whose fruits fall into our space and which we invite you to taste...

The house is 400 Mt from the sea, consists of a kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room for a total of six beds. The house has TV, DVD player, Lavazza espresso machine " my way" and air conditioning. The rear terrace and a garden side, with gazebo table and chairs for outdoor dining, are for the exclusive use of the house. Possibility of discounting ships.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car.
