Relax here, comfort and nature. You will be next to the beach, you will arrive in it walking through the dunes when you leave the house, immersed in the largest reserve of Atlantic forest on the planet. Beautiful views of the precious Itatins valley, and its mountains full of forests, full of life. In a small house, whole for you. The property has two other houses, well spaced from each other. Mto Jardim, lawn and we have two friendly puppies and a chicken, tds in the backyard that is common to the three houses.

Very spacious new house, huge pool with shallow part for children, waterfall and colorful led, barbecue with oven and wood stove, 3 bathrooms being 1 outdoor, ceiling fans, garage for 3 small cars, pool table, 5 min from the shops ( all kinds of shops) refrigerator in the kitchen and a freezer in the outer areaFree place 5 min by car to the beach and 15 min walking. ATTENTION Pillows, bed and bath linens, cleaning and hygiene products are NOT available in the house!
