Somente 50 metros da praia . -3 Quartos , sendo um com uma suite e um banheiro social. a casa foi recentemente renovada com "open concept" sala com dois ambientes cozinha com balcao. -Ventiladores de teto "Hunter" super eficientes. -Todos os comodos ficam em um so andar, e totalmente acessivel para pessoas idosas e cadeirantes. estacionamento para 3 carros.
