Cozy Octopus Design Guest House

Our residential house and the small guesthouse are located directly by the park and only a 7-minute walk from the historic city center of Memmingens. Around the corner you will find a supermarket, and in the center many great cafes, restaurants and bakeries. The train station is also easy to reach on foot and the airport with a short bus ride. In the accommodation you can make tea and coffee, but not cook. Lieferando has good deals here. A pellet stove provides comfortable warmth.

Cozy Country House - Voralpenland - Region München

The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

Small and compact with modest comfort and time house Charakter. Woodfire heating. Kitchen with separate toilet and was basin with hot water. Terrace and garden. Moveable ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double bed . All natural wood and linnen. . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar outdoor shower and small very cold plunge pool with natural spring water.Perfect for hickers, not suitable for small children or aged people.

Enchanting summer house in nature

The small former laundry house of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites everyone who loves the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller bike path is just a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden cottage can accommodate 1-2 persons. It consists of a kl. Bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a bedroom Kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the wooden porch in the neighborhood of a carp and frog pond.

Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about a 5-minute walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking lot, a terrace with garden and beautiful mountain views. It may be low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost until 15 September and Christmas until 07. January ) for at least 6 nights. Tourist taxes must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. Glad to have you here :))

Retreat im Ostallgäu

We have redeveloped a holiday apartment in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with separate entrance and a double bed (bunk bed) in the gallery; a "hideaway“ for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. During the day, the guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky and at night you can observe the stars from the bed – they also seem a little brighter here in Ostallgäu than in Munich due to the lower scattered light.

Our apartment is located in the middle of beautiful nature with a view of Neuschwanstein Castle. The quiet village is at aprox. 6 km from the center. The magnificent Forggensee lake is about a 10-minute walk away. Many hiking trails are also easy to reach. Ideal location for numerous sports and relaxation. Tourist tax of 1,10 per night per person is to be paid on site. We are looking forward to your visit!
