The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

Our apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the district of Burgrain directly on the golf course and is characterized by its quiet location as well as a fantastic view of the Alps. The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. She can accommodate 2 people, if necessary, with a small child (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in one room). You can linger on the spacious terrace and also barbecue in the summer.

It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
