Beautiful island apartment on the 1st floor with large terrace with electric awning and great lake view. Very well equipped kitchen with new appliances. TV is available in the living room and bedroom. High-quality B&O stereo system. Modern bathroom with shower. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the marina. When passing through the Gerberschanze, you can reach the lake in about 2 minutes for swimming. Plenty of nice cafés and pubs in the immediate vicinity.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The condo offers 2 bedrooms, a large dining and living room, 2 bathrooms with showers as well as a fully equipped kitchen overlooking apple orchards and mountains! Feel free to enjoy yourselves in our backyard! You are only a short drive or ride by bicycle/bus away from downtown and the water front/beach. Bus stop and grocery store are only a few minutes away from the house.
