The bright, spacious, very modernly furnished and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 95 m²) with 2 balconies is centrally located directly on the waterfront of Friedrichshafen and very close to the train station, restaurants, beer gardens, bakery, supermarkets, harbor and the pedestrian zone. You are in about 1 minute on foot on the shore of Lake Constance and at the Beach Club. The fair and the airport are only about 4 km away. An underground parking space is included in the price. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

Shore promenade, shopping, cafes, and restaurants are close by. Within the village, everything is within walking distance or by bike. On foot: Train station 8 min Bakery for breakfast 10 min. Norma 5 min Natural swimming beach that invites you to swim 15 minutes. Trade fair visit by car 10 min. Bicycle rental is possible in the resort
