the room is very spacious, bright and airy, allowing connection to both the entire garden and the outside. independent entrance and all areas reserved for you including a splendid solarium! Guests MUST call me for anything they might need, we will be happy to respond to any request. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the center and the most beautiful beaches in the world. The apartment is on a closed street in a young and dynamic neighborhood. The area offers unique spaces for relaxing walks.

Artist's House in an ancient noble palace

The palace is set in the historic center of Temple, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studiolo di Artes e Mestieri". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the services of the city. The entrance is very private, from an hall with a large staircase you can access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bed, corridor and bathroom. Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

STREET PARKING,FREE BUT NOT PRIVATE It is a studio with a separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside in the property courtyard with a easement of passing outside there It's the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I have renovated without having its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction fires, smart TV in the living room and the Wifi connection. I tried to make the environment comfortable and comfortable.
