"La Finestra" B&B

Our small house is located within the first wall of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, at 1250 mt. (s.l.m.) in the Gran Sasso Monti della Laga Park. On the entrance floor you will find a large room characterized by a large and ancient stone fireplace, as well as a comfortable masonry kitchen at your disposal,fully equipped. Particularly evocative is the view from the large window (from which our b&b takes its name) over the valley, in addition to the suggestive rift on the tiles of the ancient roofs overlooking the beautiful Rocca di Calascio. Connected by a wooden staircase, we find the double bedroom fully furnished and the bathroom. The use of materials, furnishings, as well as colors, used in the recent renovation, are designed to try to keep as much as possible intact the atmosphere that you breathe, still today in living in an ancient medieval village, classified among the most beautiful in Italy. For the rest you can count on our sense of welcome, typical of the people of Abruzzo... Wood Cottage

The Cottage is made of both wood and traditional cement with stucco siding. It is tucked into the wood by the stream at the end of the property. It features a large central room with exposed beams, working wood-burning fireplace, ample living area, galley kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bath with a shower. The wooden fence delimits the area for exclusive use. Then there is the garden of over two hectares with the natural swimming pool available to our guests. We have two dogs.

Entire chalet between city, sea and countryside.

In the cozy chalet, independent, immersed in greenery, you can appreciate the relaxation and tranquility of a family and serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes minutes by car from the center of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, great restaurants and large equipped park nearby, a few meters from the sports center with pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check in is possible after 4pm.
