The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

During the stay at this quiet location, you can forget all your worries, relax and unwind. The stay, garden and pool are completely private for our guests. Our cottage (25 m2) is equipped with all comforts. The Casa is 2.5km from Benilloba and 10km from Alcoi and Cocentaina. A short distance away, opportunity to beautiful hiking trails. Beautiful nature/nature reserves, castles, mountainous surroundings. In our location, it is recommended that you have your own transport.

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and country setting. Two kilometers from Gandia with its cultural and service offerings, and five minutes by car from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty minute drive ,is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is the visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both of which are about a thirty minute drive away.

Now with air conditionned!Situated in a quiet area.40 m2 apartment,4 KM from Benidorm.The areas to share are the swimming pool,garden and barbecue.Not far away from restaurants ,the beach is 1,5 KM away. In July and August,there is no discount. Please bring your own towels and bed sheets! The costs of water and electricity will be added. The swimming pool is in funcion from May until mid October.
