The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Quiet Mediteranean House with stunning views, heated swimming pool, 9 minutes walk to the wonderful white old town of Altea. 15 minutes walk to the sea. 1st floor private for the guests, with dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Big private terrace, outdoor wood furniture, gas barbeque, garden with a beautiful pine tree and wide views. Private heated pool, with it´s own terrace, only for the guest and rarely used by the owners, who live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

Studio in Las Rotes, next to the waterfront.

It is a very cozy independent studio, rural style, close to the sea and with all amenities. Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (hot/cold air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outside area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 nice cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a charming and quiet place.
