Appartamento estivo molto panoramico, affacciato direttamente sul mare domina tutta la costa romagnola da Ravenna ad Ancona. Molto spazioso, luminoso, due camere e un bel soggiorno affacciato sul mare, cucinotto super attrezzato, bagno, con lavatrice . 3 terrazzi abitabili uno per ogni stanza. 3°piano con ascensore, posto auto coperto in cortile, accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento con pompa di calore . Attaccato a Milano Marittima, vicino a Mirabilandia e Ravenna.

A pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Baia Flaminia e inizio strada panoramica del parco naturale San Bartolo. Pista ciclabile, fermata autobus e grande parcheggio pubblico con colonnine di ricarica elettrica di fronte. In zona biblioteca, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Presenza anche di pet-beach. Anna Apartment Mare e Pineta

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Due to the central location of this accommodation, you can easily access all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops in the historic center. The beach is a 15-minute walk to the pedestrian cycle of the beautiful Cervi Park, which starts directly in front of the house. Arco Augusto is 300m away, Palacongressi is 1km or 15min walk, always through a park. Trolley stop 150m from the house. There are several public parking lots within a 3-5min walk.
