Cozy tiny house in the city center - Laren NH

This tiny guesthouse/room is located in the backyard next to our home. Located in the Gooi, right in the center of the bustling village of Laren. With restaurants, boutiques, shops and the Brink within walking distance (100m) it's the perfect place. The space is 10m2 and there is a doubter (bed) of 140/200cm. Bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a rain shower. The room does not offer a fridge and no place to eat. Parking is possible (free of charge) on the driveway next to the residential house. Most suitable for 1 person.

If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Lovely exclusive family house in the centre of the beautiful village Laren. 25 minutes drive to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Big private garden with a lot of child facilities. Great surroundings with forrest and sandy plains. A perfect place for (mountain)biking. Many restaurants, shops and lovely places to visit. The house is a perfect place for families with kids that like a bit of privacy, luxury, a place to relax and to go out. Many facilities are available to entertain yourself and the kids.

Amazing large kids friendly home

This may be your home away from home if you`re a family (or 2) with young children. Our home sleeps 4 adults confortably and 1-6 children. Situated in a newly built condominium, Car-free, very child-friendly with outside playground, modern, attractive and located near daily groceries, gym, swimming pool, nature and forests. Warm, 5 bedroom house, energy level A - with heated floors, and any sort of amenity you may need. 8min walk from train station and city center (2 min by bike)

Kids proof luxurious family house in the center of the Netherlands. Perfect garden with Sauna and ideal for BBQ and enjoying evenings at the firplace. Trampoline and ping pong table for kids enjoyment. 1 airconditioned parents bedroom, 5 children bedrooms (room1: 2 single bed, room2: 2 single bed, room3: airconditioned 120cm wide bed-1 person). House comes with bikes. Laren is famous for shopping and 20min from Amsterdam. House is positioned in the green heart of the Netherlands.

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Garden shed in Laren

Just get away from it all at this peaceful, centrally-located place to stay. At the back of our garden is this lovely garden shed in the o so nice Laren. Within minutes, you can cycle or walk to the heath or the cozy village. Visit the Singer museum or enjoy on one of the nice terraces. Amsterdam is 30 km away. A beautiful kitchenette, bathroom and foldable double bed with a lovely garden make for a fantastic stay.

Deze geweldige accommodatie staat garant voor plezier met het hele gezin! Of twee gezinnen als daar behoefte aan is. Het is een erg grote gezinswoning van meer dan 200 m2 in een gezellige, veilige, kindvriendelijke buurt. Op 50 meter afstand ligt een prachtig natuurgebied om te wandelen, fietsen of sporten. Er is een leuk meertje waar kinderen in de zomer kunnen zwemmen. Veel plezier in onze woning!
