This bright semidetached villa, in 1926 architecturally designed according to the famous 'Amsterdam school', is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes biking from the village centre and and just a 25 minute drive from Amsterdam. It has a spacious dining room (40 m2) with fully equiped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. The kitchen leads to a sunny terras with a beautiful view at one of the oldest forrests of the Netherlands. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The house offers 5 bedrooms and has a large garden. Free use of city bikes is included. At the end of our street the forest begins. Shops are only 2 minutes away. Amsterdam can be reached in half an hour by train or car. The highway is 2 minutes away so every destination is very easy to reach by car.

Beautiful spacious family home in Hilversum

Hallo, ons huis ligt heel centraal maar ook heel beschut in Hilversum. Hilversum is 20 min rijden vanaf Utrecht en Amsterdam. Trein station is erg dicthbij. Het ligt vlakbij Loosdrecht en de loosdrechtse plassen waar je heerlijk kan varen en zwemmen. Ook is de 'hei' prachtig om te wandelen met honden en gezin. Eigenlijk is ons huis perfect voor 2 gezinnen. Er kunnen twee autos op de oprit. Alles is net verbouwd en de tuin heeft bbq en er is veel zon. Trampoline is ook een groot success.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn. From the forest house (located in privacy), beautiful views into the nature! Many birds, also owls, squirrels and you can see regularly deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Baarnse woods bath and mini golf within walking distance.

BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS FAMILY HOUSE FOR RENT

Our 1928 home is a beautiful, large, recently renovated (modern interior), very comfortable house with a nice, low-maintenance garden facing south (lots of light and sunshine), including an outdoors cooker and a large dinner table. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the railway station with fast connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht (20 minutes each) with its great universities, museums, and architecture. Our home is very suitable for families with kids, as we have kids ourselves.
