Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

"La Maranita Apartment" is located on the beautiful Monti d'à Rena beach, in the heart of the La Maddalena Archipelago. The house overlooks the sea and allows direct access to the large beach. The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

House in residence, quiet and reserved located 100 meters from the beautiful beaches and cliffs of Punta Tegge. The windows overlooking the sea

Apartment overlooking the beach, just renovated. Great for families. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner looking at the Porto Faro lighthouse and the boats that sail towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra bedding and towels are provided, only upon request (30euro/pers). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.

The house, located in a quiet area, allows you to spend days relaxing. You can walk to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and take bike rides. Equipped with satellite system, wifi and air conditioning, it also has large outdoor spaces for dinners and relaxation.
