The apartment is located 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria with a peninsula, where there is an archaeological site. It can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Quiet location. Nearby are four bars by the sea, a sandy beach for children, a Destino bar with music and entertainment for young people. Bakery, fish market. The apartment is new, modernly furnished. Free air conditioning and wifi. Parking in front of the building. Ability to walk to Umag by the sea on a well-maintained promenade. Part of the beach is for naturists.

A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute.
