In the historic centre - Perfect for smart working

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Apartment facing the sea 2 minutes walk from the beach of the Gulf of Squillace . It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel San Domenico. The apartment, designed by an architect, was completely renovated in 2019. The services are luxurious. It is ideal for 2 people sinceit has 1 bedroom that has a 160x200 bed, a storage space and its own bathroom. The living room has 2 sofas of 90x200cm that can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people.
