Villa Pezzotta si trova tra gli olivi, a tre km dal mare, nella campagna sopra Copanello, al centro del golfo di Squillace. Adatta a chi ama la pace della campagna. Ha 5 posti letto, ottimo wi-fi, aria condizionata e riscaldamento, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Molto comoda anche per lunghi soggiorni, e smart working. Gli animali domestici sono benvenuti! Ci sono altri cani. buoni, liberi nell'are circostante. La strada per arrivare è una strada di campagna,i non adatta ad automobili molto basse.

Stunning apartment in chalet with garden a few steps from the sea. The house offers fine finishes and has all the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant vacation. The garden is in the phase of completion and will be ready in a few weeks. The house has a completely independent entrance and patio, the garden is shared with the rest of the villa. The house is located a few steps from the sea, facing large beaches with all amenities during the summer period.

Beachfront apartment 2 minutes walk from Gulf of Squillace beach. It is located in close proximity to the San Domenico hotel. The apartment, designed by an architect, was completely renovated in 2018. The services are luxurious. It is ideal for 4 people sinceit has 2 bedrooms that each have a 160x200 bed, storage space and their own bathroom. The living room has 2 sofas of 90x200cm that can sleep an additional 2 people comfortably.
