A whole house to itself!!!Since April 2023, we have been renting out our newly built holiday home at Lake Constance on the Höri. They are surrounded by beautiful scenery and a short walk to the lake. Our house offers enough space for 2 - 4 people with two bedrooms. We offer a detached modern Weber house with over 90 square meters in a wonderful location. The comfortable room atmosphere, which results from the use of natural building materials, stands for a pleasant living experience.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg

An oberster Hangkante oberhalb des Schussentals liegt unser Ferienhaus mit Blick über die Stadtlandschaft Ravensburg und Weingarten. Es ist das „Schwalbennest“ – ein kleiner Fleck auf der Stadtkarte Ravensburg, der eine besondere Geschichte erzählt.   Das ehemalige "Waschhaus" in welchem einst Windeln für das damals angesiedelte Kinderheim gewaschen wurden, haben wir erhalten und liebevoll in neuem Glanz erstrahlen lassen. Dabei wurde der besondere Flair dieses Häuschens beibehalten.

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. Small cozy house with large living & living room, kitchen, 1 terrace, covered garden seating area and a beautiful, heated conservatory where you can also sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook for yourself, dishes and cutlery are available. The highlight of the apartment is the Swedish oven, which can also be used for heating in addition to the environmentally friendly and fully automatic wood pellet heating.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland to the Säntis and the Zeppelin city "Friedrichshafen". We have been successful and happy hosts for 8 years, and we have been able to welcome lots of great people who would have liked to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22 onwards.

The lake house is located on stilts directly on Lake Constance. On the terrace and from inside the house you can wonderfully observe the landscape, the atmosphere on the shore and the lake as well as the sunrises. The property is in a very quiet location outside the village and is suitable for peace seekers who like to surround themselves with nature.

The cozy vacation home Bergblick is located in the first municipality of the Bregenzerwald and is the starting point for many exciting and eventful excursions. The house is perfect for families and is well equipped for all needs. An ideal place to relax in the quiet surroundings or relax by a cozy fireplace. A free car parking space is available.
