In the large double bed and the two single beds you can spend the night in a fantastic night. A children's travel bed can be added as needed. The cozy house has a total size of 80 sqm, with the tiled stove being the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. We lovingly renovated our old farmhouse in 2020-2021. The result is a spacious apartment (110 ,m2) with kitchen, cozy living room, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The tile stove and our conservatory (Schopf) are special, which invites you to relax. Our house is located in a very quiet area, in the middle of meadows with a spacious garden incl. Seating area, barbecue area and playground area. There are sun loungers that invite in Kim's flower garden to enjoy.

Old charm and modern architecture invite you to cozy holidays. The owner Oberer Geißkopf was completely renovated in 2019 with a lot of feeling in the traditional Bregenzerwald architectural style. In addition to a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains of the Bregenzerwald, the rooms with about 260 m2 of living space offer special comfort. Cows up close - the stable in the back house is managed at the precaution in September.

Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room, great excursion destinations. In a unique location on the edge of a commercial area between Lake Constance and nature conservation area Mindelsee, nearby a few minutes by car or also on foot of the animal and leisure park Bodanrück. Less minutes walking to Lake Constance, wonderful footpaths on Lake Constance in the direction of Konstanz or Radolfzell.
