Top location, fabulous view, the apartment is on the waterfront, across the street you will be on the promenade at the entrance of the bathing establishments. When you enter (from the 2nd floor) you will feel in a boat, climb the modern stairs and breathtaking views. Attic attic on the 3rd floor, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom, all new. No elevator. Liveable pocket terrace for eating, sunbathing and aperitifs. Parking garage, air conditioning,washing machine, linen, dishwasher, etc.
