beautifull detached former country

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. Casa Rosi

My home is a cottage divided into two units. In one dress I, the other is at your disposal. We recently restored this part to accommodate travelers. It is a very functional house, with a large kitchen, equipped with electric oven, microwave and of course fridge, a nice bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a toilet, a large living room with fireplace. We have a beautiful garden, with a part reserved for you with table and chairs to eat there.
