Welcome to your own apartment on the second floor of this spacious house in the heart of Österlen. Here you stay in a beautiful 20's house with proximity to Österlen's full range of beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants and much more. The bus between Ystad and Simrishamn stops in the neighborhood next door and in the village there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The property has three rooms for up to five guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen (new kitchenette) with exit to the balcony that has sun most of the day (south/west).

Teacher's residence at former Österlenskola in Örnahusen

Separate part of house in Örnahusen near the sea (700 m) on lovely Österlen. The house smartly decorated with two completely separate apartments where the apartment we rent has: private entrance, large patio, shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen, bikes, 6 beds (2 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed). The house is next to old school & this house is formerly the teacher's residence. In Österlen it is close to everything & there is lots to experience: swimming, beaches, food, drink, culture, beautiful landscape, hiking, golf, padel etc.

Olas Yard

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the totally renovated stables which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with stunning panoramic views of the sea. Cozy cottage with large light entrance and spacious terrace. Two bedrooms with two beds in each as well as crib for infants. Sofa bed in living room. Open plan with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable armchairs where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view. The terrace has both a dining area and a lounge sofa for socializing. In the large lawn there is a barbecue area with outdoor kitchen. French balcony facing the sea from one of the bedrooms.

Seaside house with small pool in open landscape

Modern open plan house, just outside Borrby, second last on a small secluded village road. Long, beautiful and child-friendly beaches are 4,5 km south east. Well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, access to spice garden, large open plot with small nice pool, dining table, barbecue and sun possibilities on both sides. In Borrby you will find well-stocked ICA store, pharmacy, cinema, bakery with super good cinnamon buns as well as a really good restaurant! All within 1.5 km distance. Bus 1 km Borrby Pågatågåg 10 km Gärsnäs/Smedstorp

Newly built beachfront house in Österlen

Completely new built 2022, very fresh detached guesthouse 100 m from the beach. You live in a forested area, with sea noise and the beach as your neighbor. Taking a morning and/or evening swim. Relax with mile-long walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm private little house with two bedrooms at each end (respectively 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom w shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with own barbecue.

Sun-filled Family Home near Beach with Hot Tub

Bring the whole family to this wonderful beach home that backs onto a gorgeous nature reserve and is only a 15-minute walk through the pine trees and sand dunes to the beaches at Mälarhusen Strandbad, and Sandby Strand. The house is set back from the main road, off a quiet track, which makes it perfect for families with children. Our fully-equipped home is the perfect getaway and can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children.

Peaceful and beautiful farm, close to everything!

On the separated 19th century farm Blästorps Gård, you live secluded in a separate house with its own garden surrounded by vast fields. Here the tranquility reigns. Nevertheless, the location is quite central in Österlen, in between the slightly larger villages Hammenhög in the north and Borrby in the south, just over 3 km to each village. Within just 1 mile you can reach most things and within 2 miles you reach "everything".

Wonderful villa in Österlen, 150 meters from the sea

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.

A dream home for those of you who are looking for relaxation and comfort with many amenities in a scenic setting. The view from the windows gives you a panoramic view of the ocean's spectacle which is magical every day of the year. A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
