This 35m2 guest cottage, renovated in 2019, is close to fantastic sandy beaches in an area of natural beauty. Located in the family friendly town of Höllviken, it is just a short walk to pubs, restaurants and local shops. Nearby activities include golf, horse riding, tennis, walking paths, birdwatching, a viking village and Falsterbo International Horse Show. Local buses, a 3 minute walk away, take you to Skanör/Falsterbo and also North to Malmö with an easy train link to Copenhagen.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

You'll also find plenty of board games and Lego sets, perfect for families or groups of friends after a day of exploring the city.

Lugnt och ro där ni får vara ifred, på ostört läge på liten hästgård på landet, med endast naturen och betande hästar, som utsikt. Ingen insyn inne i stugan. I stugan finns olja salt och peppa. Te och toapapper 4 sängplatser, 2 av dem på sovloftet som barn älskar. 2 hästar, en katt och två kaniner finns. 2 km till mataffär i byn. Ljuvlig natur, och café i skogen (helger). Skånes 3 bästa spa i närheten. 15 min m bil till Sjöbo.

Här kan hela familjen slappna av vid poolen eller varför inte ta en runda minigolf/tennis vid bad/bastu området i semester anlägningen. Är man av det äventyrliga sinnet, varför inte knyta på sig vandrar skorna och vandra i Skånes Grand Canyon. Ett enkelt sätt att uppleva de fantastiska panoramautsikterna vid naturreservaten som ligger 360 grader runt om boendet.
