Spacious studio with freshly renovated and furnished sea view, with very comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, heat pump, independent heating, espresso machine, moka,washing machine, kettle. It has a small terrace with a wooden table for eating at the sea. Located in Rimini Bellariva on the seafront with beautiful breathtaking view ( 5 floor with elevator) , in front of bathroom 86. Served by trolleybuses 10 and 11 (stop 21 just a few meters from the apartment, it connects the train station with the Rimini and Riccione coastline) and the metro (about 200, a new surface metro). During exhibition periods, dedicated shuttles are available for transportation to the fairgrounds and return. Independent outbuilding near the beach

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m. from the beach, 5 minutes from the fair of Rimini and 4 min from the center. It has private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as outdoor space is shared.

I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! Independent luxury apartment on the sea

Beautiful 1920s apartment, completely renovated for 1 year with luxury materials, independent entrance and parking space. Floor heating on parquet floors, air conditioning and wifi. 40 metres from the sea. Just cross the road and you're on the sea. Very bright is on the promenade where you will find many shops, bars, restaurants and sanitary facilities. Very well soundproofed. We look forward to a wonderful stay in Rimini.
